# All Conversations Feature

Click on "<mark style="color:blue;">Customer Service Chat ></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">All Conversations</mark>" in the left function bar to view conversation records from all dialogue platforms.

When necessary, online customer service personnel can intervene in conversations and reply directly within the chat box.

You can also toggle the "<mark style="color:blue;">Auto Reply</mark>" switch in the bottom right corner to turn the auto-reply function on or off.
