Organization and Member Settings

Enter the "Organization Chat" in the left function block to view the default organization's information, including "Number of AI Assistants, Monthly Chat Text Count, Monthly Chat Count, and Used Knowledge Base Capacity" under this organization.

1. Create New Organization

You can create more organizations by clicking "Create Organization" from the account dropdown menu in the top right corner.

Simply enter the organization name and click the "Confirm" button.

2. Switch Organizations

When you have multiple organizations, you can click the dropdown arrow in the top right corner and select "Switch Organization" to switch to other organizations.

3. Edit Organization Members

Within the organization, you can click "Edit Members" to add existing MaiAgent users' emails to the organization.

Click "Add Member" and enter the user's email to add them to the organization. You can also remove members using the "Delete" button.
