Organization and member settings

Enter the left feature section "Organization Conversations" to see the default organization's information, including under this organization "Number of AI assistants, number of conversation characters this month, number of conversations this month, knowledge base storage used".

1. Create a new organization

You can use the account dropdown in the top right corner and click "Create Organization" to set up additional organizations.

After entering the organization name, press the "Confirm" button.

2. Switch organization

When you have multiple organizations, click the account dropdown arrow in the top right and select "Switch Organization" to change to another organization.

3. Edit organization members

Within that organization, you can click "Edit Members" to add an existing MaiAgent user's Email to the organization.

Click "Add Member" to add the entered user's Email to the organization. You can also use the "Delete" button to remove that member.
