Get Started — using the "Query Builder"

MaiAgent provides a graphical way to build Query Metadata

Contact Query Metadata Settings

You can use the "Query Builder" in the MaiAgent service to create Query Metadata graphically. For example, to create Contact Query Metadata:

Step 1: Go to the Contacts area in the MaiAgent backend service

Step 2: Configure the contact you want to set up

  1. Find the contact to configure and click Edit

2. After clicking, the following screen will appear

Click the Query Builder to enter the graphical interface directly

Step 3: Check the permissions you want to open

  1. Check the knowledge bases you want to open, and you can also partially check documents within that knowledge base

2. If you want to open documents for specific tags, click "Show tag filters" to open the tag settings area

Here you can choose the criteria you want to create, selecting "OR" (matches any condition),"AND"(matches all conditions) as the standard for opening documents in the allowed knowledge bases

Conversation Settings (Message)

You can also use the right-side menu in the image below to choose the knowledge permissions to open:

You can also use "Show tag filters" to set tag filter conditions

You can still change the permissions on the right to manage knowledge before sending each different message

Currently can reference three files: CV, SOP, and survey

After unchecking CV in the next message and sending again:

The Agent will no longer be able to use the CV file, and the citation library will not show CV citations:

Permissions can be adjusted before each message is sent, affecting the content that can be referenced in that response.
