## 對話文字數量計算
### 一般文字如何計算
* 每一輪對話中，**使用者輸入** 與 **AI助理回覆** 都會被計入。
* 一個字元計算為一個字
例如：對話紀錄中，使用者輸入將計算為 6 個字，您好將計算為 2 個字，因此總共為 8 個字

每張圖片計算為使用 **500** 個字
## 知識庫容量計算
組織下的所有 AI 助理的知識庫上傳頁面中的 **檔案大小** 加總即為知識庫所使用的容量。
