# 離線會議記錄
離線會議記錄：上傳錄音檔進行多語言高精準轉錄、語者辨識與管理、時間軸逐字稿與動態字幕播放，以及支援的音檔格式。
離線模式讓你上傳已錄好的音檔，系統會進行高精準轉錄、語者辨識，並產生帶有時間軸的逐字稿。
## 支援的音檔格式

選檔視窗只會列出這四種格式；影片檔（例如 `.mp4`）請先轉成上述音檔格式再上傳。
## 上傳音檔
1. 進入 會議記錄 頁面，點右上角的 離線音檔上傳（需要轉錄權限，否則按鈕灰掉並提示「您沒有上傳音檔進行轉錄的權限」）。
2. 在「轉錄設定」填寫：

| 離線轉錄供應商 | 必填。清單依組織開通的供應商而定；顯示「目前沒有可用的離線轉錄供應商」時請洽管理員 |
| 語言 | 必填，可多選；會議中會出現的語言都勾起來，辨識較準 |
| 語者辨識 | 開啟後，完成的逐字稿會區分不同語者；未開啟時系統自動判定音軌。所選供應商不支援時會顯示「所選 ASR 模型不支援語者辨識」，開關不可用 |
| 供應商的進階選項 | 部分供應商提供額外參數（標示「選填」），不確定就留空 |
3. 在 音檔 區塊點擊或把檔案拖進去（「點擊或拖曳音檔至此處選擇」），格式不符會提示「不支援此音檔格式」。
4. 點 開始轉錄。畫面先顯示「正在上傳音檔」，上傳完成後提示「音檔已上傳，轉錄處理中。」
上傳後，會議記錄狀態會變為「處理中」，系統在背景轉錄；你可以離開此頁處理其他工作。轉錄失敗時，詳情頁會顯示「音檔轉錄未能完成，請重新上傳或稍後再試。」，重新上傳即可。
## 多語言高精準轉錄
離線模式使用高精準的語音辨識引擎（如 WhisperX），相較於即時模式有更高的辨識準確度：
* 支援多種語言辨識
* 辨識準確度高於即時轉錄
* 適合重要會議需要精確紀錄的場景
## 語者辨識與管理
離線模式支援自動語者辨識（Speaker Diarization），系統會自動區分不同發言者：
* **自動辨識**：系統自動標記不同發言者（如 SPEAKER\_00、SPEAKER\_01）
* **自訂名稱**：可將系統標記改為真實姓名（如「張經理」、「李組長」）
* **管理介面**：統一管理所有發言者的標籤名稱
語者標籤修改後，逐字稿中的所有相關片段都會同步更新。
## 高精準時間軸辨識
每段轉錄文字都帶有精確的起始和結束時間，讓你能：
* 精確定位每段發言的時間點
* 搭配音檔播放器同步跳轉
* 匯出為帶時間戳的 SRT 字幕檔
## 動態字幕播放
離線模式提供音檔播放器與逐字稿同步的動態字幕功能：
* **同步高亮**：播放音檔時，當前播放的逐字稿段落會自動高亮顯示
* **點擊跳轉**：點擊任一逐字稿段落，音檔會自動跳到對應的時間點
* **搜尋定位**：搜尋關鍵字後，可直接跳到該段落的音檔位置
這個功能讓你能快速找到會議中的特定討論內容，不需要從頭聽完整段錄音。
