# 用量與額度

MaiGPT 用量與額度：哪些操作會消耗 Credits、成員怎麼查看自己的額度與剩餘用量（我的額度）、節省用量的技巧。

MaiGPT 採用量計費，用多少算多少。以下說明用量的基本概念。

每次你跟 AI 對話，系統會依據訊息的長度和複雜度計算用量。用量通常由公司統一管理和支付，你不需要自己付費。

公司採 Credits 計費時，可以到右上角頭像 → <mark style="color:blue;">帳號</mark> → <mark style="color:blue;">Credit 額度</mark> 查看自己的額度與剩餘，見 [帳號頁：Credit 額度](/start/profile.md#credit-quota)。

* **問題越精確，用量越少** — 具體的問題比模糊的問題回覆更短，用量更低
* **善用同一段對話** — 延續對話比開新對話更省，因為不需要重複提供背景
* **選擇適合的功能** — 簡單問題不需要開 Deep Research，[思考力度](/work/maigpt/chat.md#deep-thinking)維持 <mark style="color:blue;">預設</mark> 或調低即可
