**MaiGPT 跟 ChatGPT 有什麼不同？**

MaiGPT 是公司專屬的 Agent。資料留在公司內部、可以查詢公司知識庫、支援多種 AI 模型、由公司 IT 統一管理。

**我需要付費嗎？**

不用。用量由公司統一管理和支付。

**我的對話安全嗎？**

所有對話都在公司環境內處理，不會用於 AI 模型訓練。詳見[安全性與隱私](/work/maigpt/faq/security.md)。

**一次可以輸入多長的文字？**

輸入框沒有固定的字數上限。實際能處理多少內容，取決於所選模型的上下文長度：你輸入的文字會連同這段對話先前的內容、附件與查到的資料一起交給模型。輸入框下方的「上下文使用量」會顯示這段對話已經用了多少。

要處理很長的內容（例如整份報告或上萬字的文稿）時，建議存成檔案後用附件上傳，見 [上傳檔案與圖片](/work/maigpt/chat.md#upload-files-and-images)；上下文使用量偏高時，用 [對話交接](/work/maigpt/chat/conversation-handoff.md) 整理摘要後另開新對話。各模型可處理的確切長度，請洽組織管理員或 MaiAgent 窗口。

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer.
