# Zapier 串接

Zapier MCP 串接：在 Zapier MCP 控制台建立 MCP Server、選擇開放給 AI 的動作（Actions）、複製 endpoint，並在 MaiAgent 建立 MCP 工具。

本指南將引導您從 [Zapier MCP](https://mcp.zapier.com/) 獲取並設定 MCP (Model Context Protocol) 伺服器 URL，讓您在 MaiAgent 的 Agent 能夠透過 Zapier 提供的 Remote MCP 服務呼叫外部應用程式的動作（Actions）。

## ✅ 前提條件

* 您擁有一個 [Zapier](https://zapier.com/) 帳戶，並能登入 [Zapier MCP 控制台](https://mcp.zapier.com/)。Zapier MCP 的方案與用量限制以 Zapier 官方說明為準。
* 您希望把 Zapier 連接的應用程式（如 Google Workspace、Slack、Notion、Salesforce…）提供給 MaiAgent 的 Agent 使用。
* 您具備目標應用程式的授權權限（例如擁有可被授權的 Google / Slack 帳號）。

## 🌐 步驟 1：登入 / 註冊 Zapier Central（MCP 控制台）

1. 以管理者或具備相應權限的帳號登入 [🌐Zapier官網↗](https://zapier.com/)。

   點按右上角 「log in」以登入，若您尚未註冊，仍請前往官網點按 「Sign up」註冊帳號

## 👆 步驟 2：在 [Zapier MCP 控制台](https://mcp.zapier.com/)創建 MCP Server

1. 前往 [Zapier MCP 控制台](https://mcp.zapier.com/)

在此頁面，您可以建立自己的 MCP Server 並連結不同的外部工具作為 MCP 服務使用 2. 點按左上角的 「+ New MCP Server」 按鈕，創建 MCP Server。

* 選擇其他做為 MCP Client

3. 點擊 「Create MCP Server」，建立服務

您的 MCP Server 成功創建後就會出現以下畫面，並在左側 Sidebar 選單中出現剛剛命名的服務

## 🔧 步驟 3：選擇要開放給 AI 的工具

將 MCP Server 與外部工具連結：

1. 在欲連接之服務下點擊 「+Add Tool」

小技巧：如果尚不確定需求，可先從常用且風險較低的讀取類動作開始（Read-Only），再逐步開啟寫入類動作（Write）。

* 建議僅授權工作用途的帳戶，並遵循組織的最小權限原則（Least Privilege）。

2. 點擊後，將會列出所有可連結的外部工具

以 Gmail 為例，點擊 Gmail 圖示進行連結。

3. 加入後，選擇要連接的 Google 帳戶，選擇您需要的工具服務，或按下「Add all Gmail tools」按鈕加入所有 Gmail 提供的工具服務。

完成後，即可將 Gmail 相關工具新增並連結到該 MCP Server 下，在此我們僅選擇 Find Email 工具連結。

連結完成後，剛剛選擇的工具就會出現在工具列表下。

## ↔️ 步驟 4：複製 MCP endpoint

1. 在 MCP Server 頁面，切換上方分頁至「Connect」。

2\. 於該分頁取得並複製「Server URL」。

> 注意：此 URL 屬私密資訊，僅應提供給受信任的系統（例如您的 MaiAgent 環境）。

## 💻 步驟 5：在 MaiAgent 建置 MCP 工具

在 MaiAgent 新增一個 MCP 工具，把步驟 4 複製的 **Zapier MCP 伺服器 URL** 貼到「<mark style="color:blue;">或直接輸入（無認證 / Service Account）</mark>」下方的網址欄位。這個 URL 本身已包含 Zapier 的授權，「<mark style="color:blue;">標頭 (JSON)</mark>」維持 `{}` 即可。接著點「<mark style="color:blue;">重新取得</mark>」，剛剛在 Zapier 加入的動作（例如 Find email）會出現在「<mark style="color:blue;">允許的工具 (JSON 數組)</mark>」清單中，以每個工具右側的開關選擇要開放給 Agent 的工具，再儲存。

## ⚠️ 注意事項

* URL 機密性：MCP Server URL 本身帶有您在 Zapier 的授權，取得網址的人就能以您的帳號呼叫動作，請妥善保存，避免對外公開。
* 共用同一個帳號：所有透過這個 Agent 對話的使用者，都會以您在 Zapier 連結的帳號操作。個人帳號型的服務（個人信箱、個人行事曆）請只在內部 Agent 使用，見 [Remote MCP 服務概述：限制與注意事項](/tech/mcp/remote-mcp.md#limitations)。
* 權限最小化：僅開放 Agent 必要的應用與動作，降低風險面。
* 帳戶過期：若 Zapier 連線授權過期（例如密鑰撤銷、OAuth 期限屆滿），請於 Zapier 端重新授權。
* 多個工具：若需整合多個應用（如同時使用 Google Drive、Slack），請在 Zapier MCP 控制台重複步驟 3 將新工具加入同一個 MCP Server；MCP URL 無須更換。新加入的動作**不會自動開放**給 Agent，請在 MaiAgent 的工具設定點「<mark style="color:blue;">重新取得</mark>」，新動作會列在「<mark style="color:blue;">允許的工具 (JSON 數組)</mark>」中，開啟後儲存。
