# 忘記密碼
忘記 MaiAgent 平台密碼時，在登入頁申請重置信、從信中連結設定新密碼的步驟；以及使用公司單一登入（SSO）的帳號忘記密碼時該找誰。
忘記 MaiAgent 平台的登入密碼時，可以在登入頁申請重置信，自行設定新密碼。整個流程只需要能收到註冊信箱的信。

## 1. 點選忘記密碼
到登入頁 ，點右下方的 忘記密碼?。
## 2. 輸入註冊信箱
畫面標題會變成 重置密碼。在 公司信箱 輸入註冊時使用的信箱；畫面若出現人機驗證，請先完成，再按 重置。
看到「密碼重置信已發送至您的信箱」提示，表示重置信已寄出。按 返回 可回到登入畫面。

輸入的信箱不是平台上的帳號時，系統不會寄信，畫面會顯示錯誤。請確認是註冊時填的公司信箱。

## 3. 至信箱開啟重置密碼信，點選信中的「重置密碼」按鈕
到信箱找 MaiAgent 寄出的重置密碼信，點信中的按鈕開啟設定新密碼的畫面。
* 連結有使用期限，請在信中註明的時間內完成設定。
* 每次申請都會讓前一封信的連結失效；重複申請時，請使用**最新一封**信中的連結。
## 4. 重置您的新密碼
在 重置密碼 畫面輸入新的 密碼 與 確認密碼，按 重置。
* 建議至少 9 個字元，並包含大寫字母、小寫字母、數字與特殊符號（例如 `!@#$%^&*`）。強度不足時會顯示「請輸入有效密碼」。
* 兩個欄位不一致時會顯示「兩次輸入密碼不一致」。
出現「密碼修改成功」提示後，提示關閉時會回到登入畫面，用新密碼登入即可（見 [如何登入平台](/start/login.md#password-login)）。
## 使用公司單一登入的帳號
用公司單一登入（SSO）登入時，輸入的是公司帳號的密碼，由公司的身分系統管理；MaiAgent 的「忘記密碼」只會設定 MaiAgent 平台密碼，不會變更公司帳號密碼。忘記公司帳號密碼時，請依公司規定在身分系統重設，或洽公司 IT。
## 常見問題
### 一直沒收到重置信？
先檢查垃圾郵件匣，並確認輸入的是註冊時的公司信箱。仍然沒有收到時，回到登入頁重新申請一次，並使用最新一封信。
### 開啟連結後出現「驗證碼已過期」或「無效的驗證碼」？
連結已超過使用期限、已經用過，或你之後又申請了新的重置信。請回到登入頁點 忘記密碼? 重新申請，並使用最新一封信中的連結。
### 登入後想改密碼，不是忘記密碼？
點後台右上角的頭像或姓名，選 帳號，在 帳號安全 分頁變更密碼，見 [個人帳號設定：變更密碼](/start/profile.md#change-password)。
