## Credits 加購 <a href="#topup" id="topup"></a>

當每月配額不足時，可隨時加購額外的 Credits，**加購後立即生效，自購買日起 12 個月內有效**。

系統會自動將方案轉為免費方案。所有資料都會保留，但功能會受到免費方案的限制。

可以。訂閱到期後會自動轉為免費方案，所有資料會保留。

### Q：如何查看 Credits 使用情況？ <a href="#faq-view-credits" id="faq-view-credits"></a>

點選 <mark style="color:blue;">**組織設定**</mark> → <mark style="color:blue;">**Credits**</mark>，可在 **概覽** 看到即時餘額與月度趨勢，**入帳紀錄** 查看每筆 Credits 來源與有效期，**消耗記錄** 查看每筆用量明細並可匯出 CSV。

### Q：我目前還是字數制方案，需要做什麼嗎？ <a href="#faq-still-on-words" id="faq-still-on-words"></a>

不需要。**2026/06/01 前** 系統會自動將所有組織轉為 Credits 制，剩餘字數額度將以 1 字 = 1 Credit 自動轉換、不縮水。\
