# 角色資源可見性控制

控制角色成員在資源列表中可見的項目

## 功能簡介

角色資源可見性控制讓組織管理員能夠精確控制不同角色成員在後台管理介面中可以看到哪些資源。當組織擁有大量 Agent、知識庫或對話平台時，透過這項功能可以為不同部門或團隊客製化專屬的工作環境，讓成員只看到與自己工作相關的資源，不會被無關資源干擾。

資源的可見性由兩個設定共同決定：第一，資源必須先「分配」給成員所屬的角色；第二，該資源在角色中的 <mark style="color:blue;">**讀取**</mark> 權限必須勾選。只要其中一項不成立，成員就不會在資源列表中看到該資源。

對於管理數十個甚至上百個資源的大型組織來說，這項功能能大幅提升成員的工作效率，避免在冗長的資源列表中來回尋找需要的項目。

## 使用場景

1. 多部門協作：行銷部門只需看到行銷相關的 Agent 和知識庫，客服部門只需看到客服相關資源
2. 專案分組：為不同專案團隊設定獨立的資源可見範圍，避免專案間的資源混淆
3. 權限測試：在測試新功能時，可以先隱藏測試用的資源，不讓一般成員看到
4. 新手引導：為新進成員設定較少的可見資源，降低學習曲線
5. 外包團隊管理：讓外包人員只看到其負責專案的相關資源，保護其他專案資訊

## 操作說明

### 進入功能

1. 登入後台管理介面
2. 點選左側選單的 <mark style="color:blue;">**組織設定**</mark> → <mark style="color:blue;">**組織概覽**</mark>
3. 點選 <mark style="color:blue;">**編輯角色權限**</mark>，進入 <mark style="color:blue;">**角色權限**</mark> 頁面
4. 在要設定的角色列點選 <mark style="color:blue;">**編輯**</mark> 圖示
5. 切換到 <mark style="color:blue;">**分配 AI 助理**</mark>、<mark style="color:blue;">**分配知識庫**</mark> 或 <mark style="color:blue;">**分配對話平台**</mark> 等頁籤

### 設定資源可見性

#### 為角色分配資源 <a href="#assign-resources" id="assign-resources"></a>

1. 在頁籤右上角點擊 <mark style="color:blue;">**分配 AI 助理**</mark>（知識庫、對話平台頁籤為對應的分配按鈕）
2. 在彈出視窗左側的 <mark style="color:blue;">**可選 AI 助理**</mark> 清單中勾選要分配的項目
3. 點擊 <mark style="color:blue;">**新增 AI 助理 >**</mark>，將項目移到右側的 <mark style="color:blue;">**已選 AI 助理**</mark> 清單
4. 點擊 <mark style="color:blue;">**確認**</mark> 完成分配

分配完成的資源會出現在頁籤的列表中，預設勾選 <mark style="color:blue;">**讀取**</mark>、<mark style="color:blue;">**編輯**</mark>、<mark style="color:blue;">**刪除**</mark>。

#### 以讀取權限控制可見性 <a href="#read-permission-visibility" id="read-permission-visibility"></a>

在已分配的資源列表中，勾選或取消該資源的 <mark style="color:blue;">**讀取**</mark> 即可控制該角色成員能否在資源列表中看到它。勾選變更會立即儲存，畫面上方會顯示「更新成功」，不需另外按儲存。

* 勾選 <mark style="color:blue;">**讀取**</mark>：該角色成員可以在資源列表中看到此資源
* 取消 <mark style="color:blue;">**讀取**</mark>：此資源仍保留在角色的分配清單中，但該角色成員不會在資源列表中看到它
* 欄位標題的核取方塊可一次勾選或取消列表中所有資源

#### 調整可見資源

若要將某個資源從角色中完全移除：

1. 在已分配的資源列表中找到要移除的項目
2. 點擊該列 <mark style="color:blue;">**操作**</mark> 欄的刪除圖示
3. 在「是否確認刪除」提示中點擊 <mark style="color:blue;">**確定**</mark>

移除後，該資源不再分配給此角色，該角色成員也不會在資源列表中看到它。若只想暫時隱藏、保留分配，請改為取消 <mark style="color:blue;">**讀取**</mark>。

### 查看設定效果

成員登入後台管理介面時：

1. 進入 Agent、知識庫或對話平台等頁面
2. 列表中只會顯示已分配給其角色、且勾選 <mark style="color:blue;">**讀取**</mark> 的資源

資源可見性設定會立即生效。成員重新整理頁面或重新進入該功能頁面後，就會看到更新後的資源清單。

## 權限與可見性的關係

分配資源頁籤中的三個權限欄位各自控制不同操作：

| 欄位                                      | 說明              |
| --------------------------------------- | --------------- |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**讀取**</mark> | 成員能否在資源列表中看到此資源 |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**編輯**</mark> | 成員能否修改此資源的設定    |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**刪除**</mark> | 成員能否刪除此資源       |

<mark style="color:blue;">**分配對話平台**</mark> 頁籤另有 <mark style="color:blue;">**查看所有對話**</mark> 欄位，控制成員能否在「所有對話」頁檢視此對話平台的全部對話紀錄。

成員能否進入某個功能頁面（例如 Agent 頁面），則由角色的 <mark style="color:blue;">**角色權限**</mark> 頁籤中的功能權限決定，與資源的分配設定分開管理。

建議讓角色的功能權限與分配的資源保持一致，避免成員被分配了資源卻無法進入對應的功能頁面，造成操作困惑。

## 注意事項

組織擁有者自動擁有所有資源的可見性和使用權限，無需額外設定。

當成員同時屬於多個角色時，其可見資源為所有角色的可見資源聯集。例如：角色 A 可見 3 個 Agent，角色 B 可見 2 個不同的 Agent，同時屬於兩個角色的成員將可看到全部 5 個 Agent。
