# 組織概覽

一頁掌握組織的方案、用量、已啟用功能與常用管理入口

「組織概覽」是進入 <mark style="color:blue;">組織設定</mark> 後看到的第一個頁面，把組織的基本資訊、方案歷程、本月用量、已啟用的進階功能，以及常用的管理入口整合在同一頁，讓你一眼掌握組織的整體狀況。

## 怎麼進入 <a href="#how-to-access" id="how-to-access"></a>

從左側選單點選 <mark style="color:blue;">組織設定</mark> → <mark style="color:blue;">組織概覽</mark>。

## 頁面頂部：組織資訊 <a href="#org-info" id="org-info"></a>

頁面最上方顯示這個組織的基本資料：

| 項目    | 說明                               |
| ----- | -------------------------------- |
| 組織名稱  | 點名稱旁的編輯圖示即可修改                    |
| 方案版本  | 顯示目前訂閱的方案（例如「企業版」）               |
| 組織 ID | 組織的唯一識別碼，點旁邊的圖示可一鍵複製，串接或聯繫客服時會用到 |
| 建立於   | 組織的建立日期                          |
| 方案到期日 | 顯示到期日與剩餘天數（例如「203 天後到期」），方便及早續約  |

## 方案歷程 <a href="#plan-lifecycle" id="plan-lifecycle"></a>

「方案歷程」以時間軸呈現組織方案的**過去、現在與未來預開**：

* 時間軸可**左右捲動**瀏覽，並以「今天」標記目前位置；捲遠了可點 <mark style="color:blue;">回到今天</mark>
* 每段方案顯示名稱與效期；試用方案帶「試用」標記，未設到期日的顯示「永久」，生效中的方案顯示「剩 N 天到期」
* 歷史紀錄較多時預設收合，可點 <mark style="color:blue;">顯示較早的 N 筆</mark> 展開

## 用量總覽（本月份統計） <a href="#usage-overview" id="usage-overview"></a>

以三張卡片呈現本月的重點用量：

| 卡片             | 內容                                               |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **目前 AI 助理數目** | 已建立的 AI 助理數量；方案有上限時會標示「有使用限制」並顯示上限，無上限則顯示「無使用限制」 |
| **本月對話數量**     | 本月累計的對話則數                                        |
| **已使用的知識庫容量**  | 目前知識庫已佔用的儲存空間                                    |

## 刪除組織 <a href="#delete-organization" id="delete-organization"></a>

頁面最下方為「刪除組織」區，僅組織擁有者可執行，且需輸入組織名稱確認。
