# Credits 計費制度

## Credits 制的三大特點 <a href="#credits-highlights" id="credits-highlights"></a>

### 1. 一份額度搞定所有 AI 功能 <a href="#one-quota-for-everything" id="one-quota-for-everything"></a>

**所有功能預設可用，每個功能擁有獨立 Credits 費率** — 一份額度同時涵蓋所有 AI 服務，不需分開採購、不需多平台簽約，**計費更直覺、預算更可控**。

不同 AI 模型成本差異最大可達 **數十倍**，Credits 制下這份差異會直接反映在費用上：

* 複雜分析、深度研究 → 用 **Claude 4.6 Opus** 拿最高品質
* 多個 AI 助理各自使用不同模型，依等級費率扣 Credits，預算如何分配由您決定

每一筆 Credits 消耗都對應到 **使用的模型、功能類型、AI 助理**，可在管理面板即時查詢、依任意維度篩選、匯出 CSV 做內部報表。**不再有「不知道錢花在哪」的困擾。**

## 什麼是 Credits？ <a href="#what-is-credits" id="what-is-credits"></a>

Credits 是 MaiAgent 平台的**通用計費單位**。每一次 AI 對話、圖片生成、語音處理、文件解析等操作，都會根據使用的模型和功能消耗對應的 Credits。

### 核心原則 <a href="#core-principles" id="core-principles"></a>

* **不同模型，不同費率**：使用輕量模型花費少，使用旗艦模型按比例收費 — 您決定每個任務值多少錢
* **所有功能統一計費**：文字、圖片、語音、文件解析、網路搜尋等，都用 Credits 統一衡量
* **透明可追蹤**：管理面板即時查看 Credits 餘額和每筆用量明細，支援 CSV 匯出
* **先進先扣**：採 FIFO 順序自動扣抵，**較早到期的 Credits 優先使用**，避免過期浪費

各廠牌代表性模型的費率，**Input 與 Output 分開計價**（每 100 萬 tokens）：

**實際用量範例**：以最常用的 **Claude 4.5 Haiku** 為例，一次約 500 字的客服對話約消耗 **25–50 Credits**。加購 1,000,000 Credits 可支撐數萬次客服對話 — 而且這份額度同時可以用來處理語音、生圖、文件解析。

## 方案配額 vs 加購額度的關係 <a href="#plan-vs-topup" id="plan-vs-topup"></a>

訂閱方案的「**每月配額**」與「**加購 Credits**」是兩個獨立但互補的額度。系統會自動處理扣抵順序，您不需手動分配。

### 扣抵順序：先到期的先扣（FIFO） <a href="#fifo-deduction" id="fifo-deduction"></a>

系統採 **FIFO（先進先出）** 邏輯，依「**到期日先後**」決定扣抵順序：

平日使用 → 先扣當月「方案配額」（月底就會到期）
        → 配額用完後 → 自動扣「加購 Credits」（依購買日先後）
        → 月底重置 → 下月配額再次發放
```

這樣設計的目的：**避免您加購的 Credits 被白白扣掉而月配額卻過期浪費**。

**舉例**：您是企業版客戶（每月 10,000,000 Credits 配額），月中加購 1,000,000 Credits。

* 系統先扣完當月剩餘的月配額（月底到期）
* 月配額扣完才動用加購的 1,000,000 Credits（保留至 12 個月內任何時候用）

* **加購 Credits** = 彈性備援，業務需求突發成長時隨時補充

* 即時查看 Credits 總餘額及即將到期的額度
* 月度用量趨勢圖
* 即將到期 Credits 提醒

### Q：我可以混合使用不同模型嗎？ <a href="#faq-mixed-models" id="faq-mixed-models"></a>

**可以**。Credits 制會**依使用的模型等級扣除對應 Credits** — 客服 FAQ 用便宜的 Haiku、深度分析用 Opus，預算配置權完全在您手上。

### Q：如何查看我的 Credits 使用狀況？ <a href="#faq-view-usage" id="faq-view-usage"></a>

請至 <mark style="color:blue;">**組織設定**</mark> → <mark style="color:blue;">**Credits**</mark> 查看。**概覽** 頁面顯示即時餘額，**入帳紀錄** 頁面查看每筆 Credits 來源與有效期，**消耗記錄** 頁面可查看每筆用量明細並支援 CSV 匯出。

### Q：每月配額用完了怎麼辦？ <a href="#faq-quota-exhausted" id="faq-quota-exhausted"></a>

當月 Credits 配額用盡後，AI 助理將暫停回應。您可以隨時加購額外的 Credits，**加購後立即生效**，加購的 Credits 自購買日起 12 個月內有效。

### Q：方案到期或沒有付費方案時，還能使用平台嗎？ <a href="#faq-no-active-plan" id="faq-no-active-plan"></a>

**自 2026-06-09 起**，沒有啟用中付費方案的組織（含免費方案、試用結束、方案到期未續訂），進行需要 AI 運算的操作時會引導升級。資料自方案到期日起由平台完整保管 **90 天**，期間僅產生儲存空間的 Credits 費用（恢復方案後一併結算），90 天內重新訂閱即可完整恢復；逾期未訂閱將永久清除、無法復原。詳見 [試用與訂閱方案 — 方案到期或降為免費版後，資料會如何處理？](/others/trial-and-plans.md#data-retention-policy)。
