# 組織の削除

ある組織が不要になった場合は、<mark style="color:blue;">組織概要</mark> ページから組織全体を削除できます。

**この操作は取り消せません。組織を削除すると、すべてのデータは復元できなくなります。**

組織を削除すると、その組織配下のすべてのデータが**永久に**削除され、いかなる方法でも**復元できません**。実行前に必ずご確認ください。

## 組織の削除とは？ <a href="#what-is-delete-organization" id="what-is-delete-organization"></a>

組織の削除とは、組織全体をそのすべてのリソースとともに、一度きりで永久にシステムから取り除く操作です。これは「無効化」や「一時停止」ではなく、完全な削除です。一度実行すると、その組織のすべての内容は二度と取り戻せません。

## 削除前にご確認ください <a href="#before-you-delete" id="before-you-delete"></a>

組織を削除すると、以下のデータはすべて**永久に削除され、復元できません**。

* 組織配下のすべての AI アシスタントとその設定
* すべてのナレッジベースとアップロード済みのファイル
* すべての会話履歴と統計データ
* すべてのメンバーと役割（ロール）の権限設定
* 会話チャネル（WebChat、LINE、Messenger など）の連携設定
* 課金と利用枠に関するデータ

メンバーへの影響：

* すべてのメンバーは、ただちにこの組織にアクセスできなくなります
* 各チャネル（WebChat、LINE など）を通じて提供している対外サービスはただちに停止します
* メンバーの**個人アカウントは削除されません**。同時に他の組織にも所属している場合は、その他の組織を引き続き通常どおり利用できます

この組織を一時的に使わないだけの場合は、削除しないでください。削除は復元できず、すべての対外サービスを中断させます。保持しておきたいデータ（会話履歴、ナレッジベースのファイルなど）は、先にエクスポートしてから実行することをおすすめします。

### 組織概要を開く

現在いる組織が削除したい組織であることを確認し（右上の組織名で確認できます）、左側メニューの <mark style="color:blue;">組織設定</mark> をクリックして、<mark style="color:blue;">組織概要</mark> ページを開きます。

ページ内の <mark style="color:blue;">組織を削除</mark> ボタンを見つけてクリックします。

### 組織名を入力して確認する

確認ウィンドウが表示され、「この操作は取り消せません。組織を削除すると、すべてのデータは復元できなくなります。」というメッセージが表示されます。二次確認として、該当する**組織の名前を入力**する必要があり、間違いがないことを確認してからでないと送信できません。これにより誤削除を防ぎます。

### 削除の完了

確認後、組織はただちに永久に削除され、他の組織（ある場合）またはログインページへ移動します。この時点で、その組織のすべてのデータはすでに復元できなくなっています。

**Q：組織を削除した後でも復元できますか？**

A：**できません。** この操作は取り消せず、組織とそのすべてのデータ（AI アシスタント、ナレッジベース、会話履歴など）は永久に削除され、いかなる方法でも復元できません。

**Q：組織を削除すると、私の個人アカウントも削除されますか？**

A：いいえ。組織の削除はその組織自体を取り除くだけで、あなたの個人アカウントには影響しません。同時に他の組織にも所属している場合は、引き続き通常どおり利用できます。

**Q：削除後の有料利用枠はどうなりますか？**

A：組織を削除すると、その組織に関連する課金と利用枠のデータも併せて削除されます。費用に関するご質問がある場合は、営業チームまでお問い合わせください。

**Q：削除時に組織名の入力が求められるのはなぜですか？**

A：削除は復元できないため、組織名の入力は二次確認の仕組みであり、誤ってボタンに触れて意図しない削除が起こることを防ぐためです。
