# ダウンロードとナレッジベース連携

会議記録のダウンロードとナレッジベース連携：逐語録、SRT 字幕、要約ファイルのダウンロード、プレーンテキストの逐語録のワンクリックコピー、会議内容のナレッジベースへのアップロードに対応します。

## ファイルのダウンロード <a href="#download-files" id="download-files"></a>

会議の処理が完了すると、次の内容を取得できます。

<mark style="color:blue;">ダウンロード</mark>メニューの項目がグレーアウトしている場合：逐語録がまだない間は SRT をダウンロードできません。音声の変換中は「音声変換中」と表示されるため、しばらくしてからもう一度お試しください。

## ナレッジベースへのアップロード <a href="#upload-to-knowledge-base" id="upload-to-knowledge-base"></a>

会議の逐語録をナレッジベースにアップロードすると、Agent が会議の内容に基づいて質問に回答できるようになります。

1. 会議詳細ページで <mark style="color:blue;">AI 質問応答</mark>タブに切り替えます
2. 対象のナレッジベースを選択し（会議の作成時にナレッジベースを関連付けている場合は自動的に入力されます）、<mark style="color:blue;">逐語録をアップロード</mark>をクリックします
3. ナレッジベースの解析が完了するのを待つと、同じタブで質問を始められます

アップロードされた逐語録はナレッジベース内の1つのドキュメントになり、Agent は RAG 検索で会議中に議論された内容を参照できます。

### 活用シーン <a href="#applicable-scenarios" id="applicable-scenarios"></a>

* **プロジェクト会議**：毎回のプロジェクト会議の逐語録をナレッジベースに取り込み、Agent が「前回の会議で何が決まりましたか？」に答えられるようにします
* **顧客インタビュー**：顧客インタビューの記録を取り込み、後から顧客のニーズを確認しやすくします
* **研修記録**：社内研修の内容を取り込み、組織のナレッジベースを構築します
