# 使用量と上限

MaiGPT の使用量とクレジット：どの操作で Credits を消費するか、メンバーが自分の割り当てと残りの使用量を確認する方法（マイクレジット）、使用量を節約するコツ。

MaiGPT は従量課金制を採用しており、利用した分だけが計算されます。以下では使用量に関する基本的な考え方をご説明します。

AI と対話するたびに、メッセージの長さや複雑さに応じてシステムが使用量を計算します。使用量は通常、会社が一括して管理・支払いを行うため、ご自身で支払う必要はありません。

使用量の確認方法は、会社の設定によって異なります。画面に使用量が表示されている場合は、そのままご確認いただけます。表示されていない場合は、管理者に使用状況をお問い合わせください。

## 使用量を節約するコツ <a href="#tips-to-save-usage" id="tips-to-save-usage"></a>

* **質問が具体的であるほど、使用量は少なくなります** — 具体的な質問は曖昧な質問より回答が短くなり、使用量も低くなります
* **同じ対話を活用する** — 背景情報を改めて伝える必要がないため、対話を続けるほうが新しい対話を始めるより経済的です
* **適切な機能を選ぶ** — 簡単な質問に Deep Research は不要です。[思考の強度](/maiagent-user-guide/ja/work/maigpt/chat.md#deep-thinking)は<mark style="color:blue;">デフォルト</mark>のままにするか、下げてください
