MaiGPT のセキュリティとプライバシー：会話データが他社に見られたりモデルの学習に使われたりするか、誰が会話を見られるか、企業データの保護とご利用上の推奨事項。

MaiGPT は設計の段階から企業データの安全性を確保しています。以下では、よくお寄せいただくセキュリティ関連のご質問にお答えします。

### 私の会話内容が外部に見られることはありますか？ <a href="#chat-visibility" id="chat-visibility"></a>

いいえ。お客様の会話データは自社の環境内にのみ保持され、他社や外部の人員からアクセスされることはありません。

### AI は私の会話をモデルの学習に使いますか？ <a href="#ai-training-on-chat" id="ai-training-on-chat"></a>

いいえ。MaiGPT が使用する AI モデルが、お客様の会話データを学習に用いることはありません。

### 会社の管理者は私の会話を見ることができますか？ <a href="#admin-access-to-chat" id="admin-access-to-chat"></a>

はい、ロールの権限によって異なります。次の 2 種類のユーザーは、管理画面の <mark style="color:blue;">AgentOps</mark> → <mark style="color:blue;">AI アシスタントモニタリング</mark> → <mark style="color:blue;">会話履歴</mark> でメンバーを絞り込み、あなたの MaiGPT での質問と AI の返信を確認できます。

* 組織オーナー
* 所属ロールに <mark style="color:blue;">AI アシスタントモニタリング権限</mark> を持つメンバー

### コネクタ（Notion、Slack など）は安全ですか？ <a href="#connector-security" id="connector-security"></a>

コネクタは OAuth 標準の認可方式を使用しており、MaiGPT がお客様のアカウントやパスワードを保存することはありません。認可はいつでも解除できます。
