# 版本政策
MaiAgent 私有雲與地端採季度版本：發布節奏、版本命名、支援政策、每一版提供的文件，以及與雲端版的差異。
本頁說明 MaiAgent 私有雲與地端環境的版本規則：多久發布一版、版本怎麼命名、舊版支援多久、每一版會提供哪些文件。適合負責排程與變更管理的 IT 主管與專案窗口閱讀。

## 版本節奏
MaiAgent 私有雲與地端環境採季度版本。每一季的第一天發布前一季的版本（例：10 月 1 日發布 2026 Q3 版），版本名稱為「{年} Q{季}」。
每一版都經過以下流程才會交付：
1. **版本凍結**：從雲端主線固定一個版本快照，之後只收修正、不再加入新功能。
2. **功能驗證**：依當季功能清單逐項驗證。
3. **部署驗證**：在與實際部署環境對等的測試環境完整安裝、升級與回歸測試。
4. **發布**：提供版本說明、升級說明與版本功能可用性表。
## 版本命名

同一季內若有修正，版號的日期會往後推（例：2026.Q3-09.16 改為 2026.Q3-09.23），版本名稱不變。
## 支援政策
* 只維護最新一個季度版本。新部署一律使用最新版。
* 不回補舊版本。舊版本發生的問題，包括服務中斷與資安問題，升級至最新版即可取得修正。
* 修正版只發布在最新季度版本上，發布時由 MaiAgent 專案窗口通知。修正版與緊急更新的節奏見[維運支援政策](/license/policies/support-policy.md)。
* 更新的執行方式依專案約定。
* 建議升級節奏：每季一次。跨季升級（例：由 Q1 直接升至 Q3）變更量大，需預留較長的驗證期。

## 雲端與私有雲／地端的差異
私有雲／地端版包含雲端版的通用功能，不包含以下雲端專屬項目：Credit 點數計費、線上訂閱與帳單。部分功能地端不提供，或需開通、需另行部署，見各版版本說明。
需要外部服務的功能（例：網頁搜尋、地圖、雲端語音轉文字、影片生成）於各版版本說明以 🔺 標示，分為需開通與需另行部署。
