# 內部問答的功能
直接在平台上與 AI 助理問答，相關對話不在外部設備上顯示。適用於內部資料的處理、教育訓練等用途。
## 內部問答介紹
內部問答走的是建立 AI 助理時自動產生的**內建通道**「內部」，不需要任何串接設定。組織成員從左側選單的「Agent 市集」挑選助理後進入本頁；在「所有對話」中，這些對話的來源會標示為「內部」。

## 如何使用內部問答？
### 1. 從「Agent 市集」進入內部問答頁面
點選左側選單的「Agent 市集」，挑選要對話的 AI 助理後即可進入本頁。
### 2. 選擇想要進行對話的 AI 助理
您可以在左上方的藍色下拉選單中選擇想要進行對話的 AI 助理。
### 3. 開始對話
* **繼續過去對話**：由左側過去問答話題中選擇要接續對話的話題。
* **開啟新對話**：點選左方區塊的 「新建問答」，進行一個全新的對話。

所有對話都會出現在左上角問答紀錄中

選擇對話後即可在下方文字方框中輸入您的問題開始對話。

### 4. 自訂文件參考範圍（可選）
使用右側的知識庫管理功能，選擇此次對話要讓 AI 助理參考的具體文件。
* 每則訊息都可以自由勾選參考文件、FAQs
* 每次傳送問答前都可以重新設定
#### **文件存取範圍**
1. 第一則訊息傳送時開放所有文件，包含「氣氛燈-系列.md」
AI 助理參考後回答：「文件內容：官網已關閉，不再對外銷售任何商品」
2. 第二則訊息傳送時取消勾選「氣氛燈-系列.md」
AI 助理無法參考，並回覆：「我無法找到『**氣氛燈-系列.md』檔案的具體內容。**」
#### FAQs 存取範圍
1. 第一則訊息傳送時開放所有 FAQs，包含「LLM 的運作原理是什麼？」
AI 助理參考後回答相關答案
2. 第二則訊息傳送時取消勾選「LLM 的運作原理是什麼？」
AI 助理無法參考「LLM 的運作原理是什麼？」，並回答「我無法找到 FAQ 中關於 LLM 運作原理的相關資訊」
#### 標籤過濾
您可以使用在知識庫中設定的標籤，篩選您想要開放給 AI 助理參考的文件內容：

a. 點按右上角「顯示標籤過濾」
b. 選擇 AND、OR 篩選條件，點按「AND」文字即可切換
c. 加入標籤
* 使用「AND」過濾
* 文件：僅有「進階露營.pdf」符合所有條件，可供 AI 助理參考
* FAQ：沒有同時符合所有條件的 FAQ，故無顯示

### 5. 即時調整 AI 助理設定（可選）
透過右上方的「AI 助理設定」，可即時修改權限、工具等配置。
點選後會跳出右側彈跳視窗，讓您自由編輯需要的權限、工具等
#### 誰看得到「AI 助理設定」按鈕
這顆按鈕依「您對**當前這台助理**的編輯權限」顯示。沒有編輯權限時，按鈕不會出現，您仍可正常與該助理進行問答。

| 所屬角色對該助理有「允許編輯」 | ✅ 顯示 |

| 沒有「AI 助理」功能權限 | ❌ 不顯示 |

權限是**逐台助理**判定的。同一個人在同一頁切換不同助理時，按鈕可能出現、也可能消失，這是正常的。

按鈕會等權限確認完成後才出現，切換助理當下可能有短暫延遲，屬正常行為。

編輯權限由組織管理員在「角色權限管理」的「分配 AI 助理」頁籤中，逐台助理勾選「允許編輯」來授予。設定方式請參考 [角色資源存取權限](broken://pages/uzuo1Mfhe1PtxQ7Cf62F)。管理員調整後，成員重新整理頁面即生效。

若您需要編輯某台助理卻看不到這顆按鈕，請聯繫組織管理員為您所屬的角色開啟該助理的「允許編輯」權限。
